How can I rid of Android Is Starting Optimizing 1 of 71 on my Alcatel One Touch Fierce XL?
The problem started on Sunday, December 1st, 2019 and it been going on ever since. It keeps optimizing apps and after it's done, it goes to the main phone screen after that it restarts and it goes with the Android is starting thing. I tried clearing the cache partition and I tried removing the SD card and it doesn't work, it still goes with Android is starting thing. So how can I rid of my Android is Starting Optimizing 1 of 71 on my Alcatel One Touch Fierce XL?

Go to the battery app and turn off optimization of apps. Or only have it on for the apps you do want optimized.

get a better phone or flash a custom rom
