    Yahoo messenger was discontinued on July 17, 2018.

    The answer is no. Yahoo Messenger was shuttered in July of 2018 because it had a hard time competing with similar services.

    No. Verizon terminated Yahoo Messenger July 18,2018. IM was terminated in 2012 or 2013. Personal email was disabled July - September 2017/
