If the rule of mandatory celibacy for Latin rite priests is rescinded, How will that impact mandatory celibacy for monks and nuns?

Monks have additional vows not held by "regular" priests
and *I believe* those vows typically do not include celibacy simply because that is already included for all priests (including monks). I might be wrong about that.
So: each monastic order would have to determine for itself if celibacy is or is not required by its members.
It should not have an effect on nuns, whose celibacy is dictated by the monastic order (by the order's "Rule") rather than by the priestly celibacy rule.

It won't be rescinded. Also, the question is not about celibacy. It is about marriage.

The Catholic Church has historically rescinded the celibacy requirement in areas with few Catholics. Like in Iran and Iraq for example there is no requirement for celibacy. It’s to give the church some extra ammo to make sure they have priests and get the sacraments to the few people there. So the Catholic Church only rescinded it for the Amazon region in the rainforest. The USA and Europe has way too many priests to consider changing it. The CatholicChurch follows the Bible that it is better for a pastor to be unmarried. Those were words of Jesus Himself. Jesus didn’t say a pastor had to be single, he said it was better for him to be single

One priest to another: Do you think we will live to see the mandatory celibacy rescinded?
The other one answers: No, but perhaps our grandchildren will.
