If you block someone before they read a message on Facebook messenger will they still receive it.?

    yes they will receive it. But they won't be able to reply,

    They may still get the Message but they wont know who its from since the Name and the Profile Picture will be Removed from It

    Yes I believe they will because you already sent it

    Yes, if it's already sent they can see it no matter what. The only thing that blocking would do is make it so they can't respond to the message.
