How many people know what the entire second amendment says?

I do. I'm a former history major and have studied the Constitution a fair amount.

How MANY ( provide a number ) PEOPLE Know what the entire Second Amendment says ? the 2nd amendment of WHAT ? ... not very SPECIFIC

.. the questioner does know Y/A is on the "WORLD WIDE WEB " and the PEOPLE .... aka the POPULATION of the world is 7 BILLION ... and many Nations have amendments to their documents

the way to go for a answer would be a POLL on a Specific amendment of a specific nation and specific group or nation of people

in Afghanistan 43 % of the population is age 0 to 14 Angola 47% Australia 19% Botswana 34% Kenya 40% Niger 50% Pakistan 35 % NORTH AMERICA 18 % ..

.. also goes to a countries literacy and interest in the issue

AMENDMENTS a minor change or addition designed to IMPROVE a TEXT , piece of legislation etc.

Considering that some 20% of the US population reads below an 8th grade level, I'd guess about half. But even for people who do, there are real doctrinal differences about what it means.

About 5% of the world's population have a clue what it is, let alone the wording.

Perhaps 3% of the 5% know the wording, of the remaining 97%, 67% know how to look it up.

I have never memorized it. but I know the intent was to be able to call forth a militia from private citizens if it was needed

I've read the whole thing a few times in my life. I don't know it by heart. I have no idea how many people do.
