Women - Can you put your bra on properly and do the hooks up on your back without looking?

Yes. I've been doing it that way since my teens.

I don't consider it a "life skill," though. How a woman prefers to put on her bra is not an indication of how well she functions in life in general.

The only ones I wear are sports bras for the gym, and mine close in the front with a heavy-duty zipper.

I don't mess with the hooks. I just keep them hooked and just put the bra on over my head.

You can clasp your bra without looking it takes some getting use to you can use something like a fork to bend the hooks a little to make it easier if you know what I mean.
