I watched the haunting of hill house on Netflix and what the girl used to do was have her boyfriend sleep next to her and whenever she woke up to her sleep paralysis her boyfriend would talk to her and soothe her. A couple minutes after she is fine again, they kiss and then fall back to sleep. So I suggest you talking to Some body who could help you. Asking people on Yahoo answers won't really help
