    No more coffee. Drink water. You'll sleep better and save yourself $5.00.

    You may be stressed, anxious or traumatised about an experience you had recently.Think what it might be then work on resolving it.Once you know it already starts to dissipate.Try meditation, quiet soft music whatever makes you relax well before bed.Slow down around 6-7pm.Reduced stimuli in your environment and less extreme activity.

    take a shower for 10 minutes, wear your most comfortable clothes and go to bed.

    because you're thinking about being tired. or because you're ON THE COMPUTER or YOUR PHONE. put it down. and close your eyes. practice breathing
