It's a cute litte domestic longhair kitten of uncertain parentage - a mixed breed. Like most domestic cats, it's no special "breed". You might say it's of the "Heinz 57" variety. Your neighbor might know the mother cat, but dollars to donuts your neighbor doesn't know who the father is.
The only way you're going to be certain of a cat's "breed" is to buy one from a respected cat breeder. Then, you can be sure of knowing what "breed" the cat is, because the cat will be sold to you with registration papers that trace the cat's ancestery back through several generations. You'll know what breed of cat that is, because you'll be the owner of a pure-bred cat.

A cute domestic white longhair kitten. White cats can have either blue eyes, gold/green eyes or one of each. You will know the adult eye color in a few months. Be sure you get the kitten spayed/neutered by 3-4 months old and keep it as an inside cat.
Also being a longhair, its best to start now to comb (not brush) the coat every day.

Just a long haired white cat. Most cats aren't of any specific breed, unless someone has deliberately bred him. You get what mother produces, and they aren't fussy who they mate with..

How is your kitten magically a breed? If it was a breed they WOULD HAVE TOLD YOU WHAT IT WAS.
It's a no breed domestic like over 97% of cats. Do hope you have $400-$500 for altering, shots, disease testing, etc? Did you take it to a vet to be checked out? It probably needs to be on mother's milk substitute if it's been "abandoned".
