Probably Prince Andrew, using it as another excuse to holiday at the taxpayer's expense.

There will be no state funeral for a man who set up his own "principality" and proclaimed himself a prince. The province was never officially recognized as an independent principality.

Prince Charles usually attends funerals, but I doubt he will be attending this one.

Given who this man is, I doubt anybody from the British RF will be attending his funeral, state or otherwise!
