Yes, they are both 4th generation Grand Marquis so the seats front and rear should be interchangeable.

The car is great, but appears to have been mainly driven by very large people and the front seat sits LOW. Plus, my husband put a bag with bleach spray cleaner in the back seat and it leaked and took a patch of color out of the seat. I found someone nearby, parting out a 2006, and the seats are a very reasonable price.
