    Can widowed aged senior citizen daughter be opted fir family pension. No spouse.

    Was the mother disabled or entirely dependent or worker? The EOP rules indicate this is possible.

    I have no idea why you've asked this five times.

    THE BENEFICIARY OF THE PENSION IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO IS ENTITLED TO COLLECT FROM THE PENSION.

    If the mother in law is the beneficiary she has no obligation to support her son's widow.

    Depends on the pension. Wife & children - yes. Parents (generally) - no.

    State pension no, private pension maybe.
