Hi it is a question more of trying it rather than knowing if it fits.

Rubber components deteriorate over time. I would not trust a radiator hose from a 16-year-old car.

Ask any auto parts store. I'm sure they all have telephones and that you do too.

If you need to get back on the road right away go to any auto parts store with the old radiator hose and match it up if they don't stock the exact hose for the motor. Buy a couple of hose clamps and antifreeze while you are at the parts store.

No one will know unless they have owned both cars and swapped hoses! You can buy flexible coolant hoses. All you need to know is the internal diameter and the length. Phone car accessory shops.
