Notfications. Can anyone tell me where this has gone?

Notifications have been working and not working for six months. For some they went away a few weeks ago, for others six months ago. We hope a newer version of the site might fix that.

Mine is now showing up at the top of a frame to the left that also has categories further down. However, if you can't find yours

However, the feature seems not to be working properly with mine even if I reach it, as it isn't showing best answers or thumbs up I've gotten. Maybe they will fix it in time.

There seems to be no link any more not any way of opening and reading it. Is anyone else having this issue?
