Can you help me remember an 80s movie that starts with a 8 bit video game scene?
The movie I'm trying to remember starts with an 8 bit game scene. I'm pretty sure the movie is from the 80s.
The game's colors are mostly blue and I think it's a fantasy theme. I believe the character is walking down a path towards a mountain, confronts a boss, then gets quickly killed. Then it cuts to the main character who's frustrated, then goes on with a movie adventure.
I thought it was Princess Bride, but I just watched it and it starts with a baseball scene. Also not Tron, but I feel like it's from that era. It's gonna be G or PG rated probably, I remember watching it as a kid, but seeing it more recently too.
I don't think the movie is based on a game, but trying to Google this usually ends up with just lists of movies based on games.
