My 24 GTX Titan V’s we’re only able to run minesweer on low settings at 7 FPS. My whole pc costed $167,000. Should I be concerned?

you must be running Windows 10. you should upgrade to Windows 7. it performs much faster for high-end games like Minesweeper that are very graphics heavy...
