Are kids/teens in Japan better behaved than kids/teens in the UK?

If this is true, how much better behaved are they in Japan?. I find some of the kids' and teens' behaviour in the UK as out of control, disrespectful and rude. They just don't seem to have values and respect anymore. Are Japanese children different? If this is true, in what way? In the UK, the children are now carrying knives and committing stabbings. They also talk behind people's backs about other people which is disrespectful. Is it true that children in Japan are more better brought up and raised in society than their peers in the UK?

No, they just don't have the freedoms the other kids do.

In Japan people aren't adults until age 20. One country that has it right!

So yes, they get two full decades of the joys and protection of childhood until the rape of adulthood is thrust upon them, so they are better than UK TEENAGERS who are considered adults at 16 and 18.

I am in UK and work with a girl from Japan and she says parents are more strict in Japan and basically teens don't have a life as parents are usually with them when they go out and when most of the teens are able to support themselves they move out of the country to get freedom
