Trash can. Or flush, try not.to put them down tub or sink. But if you do, just Chace it with draino or liquid plumber, just be make sure it does not clog up.

In the trash can, same as any other waste. If you foolishly flush them or put them in a drain, you are looking at future clogs.

It is best that your burn them as you said that you have nits to prevent a global pandemic

Well are we talking about our own or someone else's? There is a lot of DNA forensics to think about in the later case.
