got into an accident with a 3rd car, would the first car have to pull over as well? Does the first car share part of the blame?

    "indirectly".???? there is no reason to swerve to avoid a pedestrian if you know what you are doing

    cops will sort out "chain reaction" accidents and make reports, which all vehicle owners involved need to submit to their insurers. I had a similar situation in Jan, 1995, and took over THREE YEARS to settle.
