On a website, a chemicals store is selling something called 1 on 1 solution. Ive never heard this term before. What is it exactly?

Update:

This is being sold alongside concentrated acids. So far ive seen 1 on 1 versions of hydrochloric acid and also sulphuric acid as well. Thanks

I don't actually know either but I have a good guess. That is utility. I use both of those acids from the hardware store in my business. I don't care much about purity or molarity, I just want to dissolve stuff. And what they call concentrated is overkill and then arise safety issues. It's probably just that - strong acids for utility purposes, but less than concentrated.

Is it written as 1:1 HCl? My guess is that these are equal volume mixtures of concentrated acid and water.
