Surely your just a stupid ignorant troll?
For starters it is illegal to sell fish unless you have a commercial licence which are not cheap.
Secondly you need a purpose made refrigerated truck which has the correct fish handling equipment on board and it must be of high hygiene quality which once again costs a lot of money.
Plus at your home or place of business you must have the correct fish handling are fully equipped to high standards along with proper commercial refrigeration.
BUT AS YOUR A CHILDISH TROLL THAT'S NEVER EVER GOING TO HAPPEN NOW IS IT!

Probably not approved to use a ice cream truck. Maybe a regular pick up.

Sure ... fish on a stick.
(not to be confused with fish sticks).
Hope you don't end up in a higher tax bracket.

I'm pretty sure you would need a commercial fishing license in order to catch them as well as a business license to sell them. In many areas, it is illegal to sell gamefish for any reason as well.
