Why people so caught up with religion? Aren’t we suppose to be more concern about God, his standards,principle, and requirement?

God set laws for every single thing in the universe. Do you really think He would not set laws of how you are to act towards Him?

Religions and traditions are man made.

God has given the Holy Spirit to every believer to guide them and to make them more like Christ. If we submit our desires and will to God, we wil get much greater happiness and heavenly peace, that the world cannot offer.

"With God all things are possible. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" - Bible.

Salvation is a free Gift of God, available to everyone who believes in Christ alone(not religion, not church, not Mary, not saints, not sacraments, not Self -righteous good works etc.) for Salvation.

However, there are rewards in Heaven for the works that we do for God, on earth.

It would be far above any suffering in this world.

How to be sure of being saved or going to Heaven after death?

1) Believe in the One True God(Father, Spirit, Son) and that Christ came down to earth as a man, died on the cross and bought our pardon, and is risen on the third day. Accept Christ ALONE(not self-righteousness, not Mary, not Saints, not religion, not sacraments) as your personal savior.

2) You have a new heart and new desires. A truly Born-Again believer is a new creation and will have the natural desire to love God and hate sin. They will be extremely sorry when they sin.

If they were really sure about their beliefs then they wouldn't be so critical of other beliefs. Deep down in every believer there is an Atheist trying to get out.
