I have been getting a lot of sleep paralysis lately when I take naps is this normal?
So the past week I have been getting some of them and lately they just seem very demonic type. I am not a very religous person at all but to give you two examples of some I have had lately.
Example 1: was sleeping thought I woke up and in my dream you could say since I have a big window in my bedroom I felt as if someone was screaming and hollering as if they were in danger. But not even a minute later I woke up and saw nothing outside felt really real.
Example 2: ( This one just happened by the way!) Was sleeping had a dream and I thought I woke up once again only I couldnt move my body and can feel as if someone was talking to me teling me to relax. Of course I freaked out and out of nowhere In the dream I fell of my bed and as I kept yelling telling them to stop because I can feel something touching my back since I sleep shirtless a voice very softly said something like "no" or "stop"
What do you guys think? Am I going crazy?! and lately yes ive been real busy with school and work so not sure if it is stress or paranoid since I know I am home alone

Yes, stress is a key factor in night terrors, which is what you had.
It's normal for pubescent kids and young adults.
Knowing what it is allows you to identity it and eventually control it.

It's normal! Happens to me when I take naps or wake up and go back to sleep for a short time. I've "seen" a demon walk into my room and stand at the end of my bed. Let me assure you it is not a demon... it's just what your brain perceives it to be because you're half sleeping and half awake (hence why you cannot move it talk)
It can happen when your body isn't used to certain naps. Try to get a full night sleep (no more naps) and you should be fine. If anything see a doctor and don't let anyone tell you it's not normal.
