The imbalanced racial profile of most teams is disgraceful.

There is no need. Just let the best people get the job, regardless of race.

The Rooney Rule needs to be abolished...coloreds have no business in positions of responsibility or authority in the NFL

We must institute an affirmative action program for the NFL: because since we are all the same; it must be prejudice and racism keeping more Whites, Hispanics, Native Americans, Jews, the disabled, women, transgenders, and Little People off the playing field.
