I wonder why some people do not allow comments on their political posts?

One possible explanation is that they aren't comfortable with their notions and realize they could not support them in any debate. Often the posts are good and valid points to be made.

Probably because their paper thin propaganda is easily torn and they don't like to be reminded that some people see through their BS.

Also because they're probably unaware of the fact that even if you block someone, that person can still report their bigoted idiotic rants.

If you can't comment on someone's post it's because they have you blocked.  I guess they think it means their thoughts will be accepted.

Several people have me blocked.  I just take it to mean they don;t like what I have to say.  I find that quite funny.
