There's an awesome product called 'goo gone' - you can get it at just about any store.

It takes off sticker glue like there's no tomorrow.

Soak it with water, if it was a "no parking" warning sticker.

If it's some kind of adhesive-backed sticker, use a single-edged raxor blade in a proper holder.

Wet it down with clean water to remove most of the paper and then scrape off the glue with a knife blade.

Single edged razor blades work the best. Don't use anything like rubbing alcohol. It just makes a mess.

    Use a razor.

Scrape it off with a straight edge razor blade. You won't hurt the glass.

be careful but finger nail polish remover will make that come off like 1 second. don't get it on anything but the glass do not get it on paint

If you can get a blow dryer out there, use it to heat the glue
