On another website, people were wondering what logo is this?

It's a logo that looks like the Windows logo (the old one, pre-2012). This would have seen around the time of the post, which would have been when Windows 7 was out (2009-2012). This was located in Delaware. It was on a railroad boxcar, so I'm guessing transport company or some type of goods manufacturer or even warehouser. What company would this be?

What I meant by what it looks like thee Windows logo. It looks like that it has 4 square shapes arranged in a similar pattern.
