Don't perspire. Does anyone else suffer from this, and have you found a cure?
Please, no 'guesses', this is serious.
And yes, I play sports, exercise, etc. But I never perspire.
So no natural cooling. I have to soak t-shirts or my shirt to stay cool when working or expercising.
Anyone found a cure or something that helps?
Please, no pepper ideas, I'm allergic to pepper.

This isn't something that can be "cured" with home remedies. It's actually a potentially serious problem called Anhidrosis. See a doctor. It's important to figure out if anything in particular is causing it.

I saw an ad on TV recently about a cool towel you can carry around on your neck. Selena Williams was advertising it.
