Maybe you didn’t notice, but only the USA developed “smart” weapons that can pinpoint their target and thus avoid collateral damage (i.e. civilian deaths). Muslims never did such a thing, but in fact, go out of their way to target civilians with their suicide vests and vehicle rampages.
