Why can't I post a question?

My attempt to post a question with supporting data is being rejected despite being under the limit for characters. What gives here, Yahoo?

    A common cause of failure to post is if your question has the % symbol in it. You have to spell it out as "percentage" and then it should post.

    I'm trying to ask for ideas to pay for "Medicare for All" and Yahoo won't allow the question. What is this? Censorship?
