What happened to the Nuclear stockpiles of the USSR?
I mean they were building nukes left and right. What happened to those nukes? They still in Siberia or something?

Many were in the former units of the USSR and are now in the hands of the STans and other small countries. Some also fell into the hands of various groups- which is a real danger.

Yes. Many were disassembled during disarmament agreements.

No. Thousands were not disassembled, they are controlled by Russia.
