    Tea itself doesn't really help, but it can make you feel full with less calories.

    No but if you drink tea instead of eating something you will be consuming less calories so you may lose weight. Also green tea is a mild appetite suppressant so that may help you lose weight because you don't feel like eating as much if you consume green tea.

    No - it probably has no effect at all. But if you take your time and have a nice Tea Time and don't eat, then of course the tea would really help. Unfortunately Tea Time is traditionally loaded up with lots of fat/sugar.

    Mostly....... if you want to lose weight you need to understand what JUNK food is and stop eating it. Eat spinach and other green vegetables - in salads or in soups. Beans are highly nutritious and real food - leave out the sugar. And some fruit.
