What Did God mean in these 2 verses:?
"Do not mistreat or oppress a foreigner, for you were foreigners in Egypt." Exodus 22:21
"I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.' Matthew 25:41
How might these verses relate to deporting 'illegal' aliens, foreigners, strangers, such as undocumented Mexican immigrants?
My fault not to make entirely clear. I was not asking about mere border controls. No.
I was trying to ask about forcibly deporting immigrants living here already among us. In direct opposition to the explicit and clear instructions from God......

Just as they say. It means If you walked up and met a new person, Not to shun or hate them! For there have been times in your own life that you were new somewhere.
The Bible states in other places that IF we die hating anyone else, we will Go to Hell! Because Heaven is a place is that is ALL LOVE! So always care for others!

Exodus22:21
After Jehovah delivered his people from Egypt, he gave them a set of laws that showed special consideration for the many non-Israelites who had joined them. (Exodus12:38, 49; 22:21) Since foreigners are often disadvantaged, Jehovah lovingly made provisions for them. The right to glean food was one such provision.—Leviticus 19:9, 10
Matthew25:41
Since Adam and Eve were perfect creatures, and since God’s command to them was explicit and understood by both, it is evident that their sinning was willful and was not excusable on the basis of any human weakness or imperfection. Hence, God’s words to them afterward offer no invitation to repentance. (Genesis 3:16-24) So, too, with the spirit creature who had induced them into rebellion. His end and the end of other angelic creatures who joined him is everlasting destruction. (Genesis 3:14, 15; Mtthhew 25:41)

They really don't.
The passage that relates to anyone doing anything illegal is Rom 13:1-5. There you will find that God uses governments to punish wrongdoers.

A person can better know the true meanings of stories from the Bible by meditating on them while reciting Hail Marys carefully.

What god meant is that Trump and his supporters who are anti-immigrant are hypocritical scumbags.

Agree. They mean to be cool with refugees.

Mistreating them would be to harm them. Not allowing them into this country is not mistreating them. We give aid to them, they are fine where they are at in Europe or wherever. Syrian president Assad and Russian president is mistreating them by causing the problem in the firstplace.
President Obama did more to mistreat the refugees than anyone else recently, other than who I formerly named. We had a policy that Assad must go, and then we didn't do anything to make it happen. So the Syrian conflict went on, year after year without Obama doing much at all to stop it. Hence, we have a refugee crisis.
As far as Mexico goes, it's the Mexican government that keeps it's nation poor. Notice how little they are brought up. But it doesn't stop the Mexican government from complaining about what Trump wants to do.
The liberal in America are not very good at being fair about any of this. So, I don't listen to them. They are politically polarized and have lost all common sense.
Obama helped the refugees become refugees by being a flaccid leader.

Illegals should be dealt with as humanely as possible while charging them with there crime and returning them to the country where they have legal status.
