Can the USSR possibly reunite or at least some other form of East European Power Union possibly form if the EU collapses?

Because after Brexit I'm not so sure if the EU can hold up for too long (it might but I think it'll dissolve eventually). Will the collapse of EU trigger another USSR to rise?

No haters I'm genuinely curious

    Russia has nothing to do with whether the EU stays together. But their sanctions against Russia has hurt their own economy. And unlike the British newspapers claim, Russia did not conspire to make the Brexit vote prevail. It is all nonsense created by America and England to keep the defense industries in business.

    The EU is more of a trade agreement than a United Nations.

    I seriously doubt ex-Soviet Union members would want to go back to their old ways.
