Ok so I'm 14 almost 15 and going to be a sophomore I have about 6-7 months to get faster and stronger what excersies can I do to get stronger and faster fast

Depends on what position you want to play. As a general rule you want to run sprints of increasing length (reducing time) and long distance to get your full lung capacity up. Stronger you need to lift weights and focus on combination exercises and workout your whole body. You are a little too young to do a lot of serious lifting, but if you do combination exercises and list to your body you should be OK. A good lifting routine will include upper and lower. In the lower body, work the legs for strength so you will increase the explosive power in the leg muscles. The rest depends on your body now and what goals you have to see gains.
