Sexually frustrated with myself?

18 year old, cant get myself hard when trying to have sex with my girlfriend, ive been trying for 3months and it never works. Im just frustrated at this point and I need help.

    Has to be a mental block. Best bet is to share nakedness with her, and simply touch, explore, and perform oral. Arousal is physical touch, and mental excitement. Stop with trying, and allow her to explore your body, and you explore hers.
