Pretty self explanatory. If a man of roughly average height (5 ft 6 inch) were to stand next to a giantess and his shoulders were about level with her ankles, how tall would that make the giantess?

If you are five foot 6, that makes you 66 inches.  If you say ankle high is 6 inches.  The giantess would be 66/6 times your height of 66 inches =726 inches which is 60 feet and 6 inches

Sorry, I can't work in your stupid measurements, so let's convert to metric.  5.6 = 180cm.  Let's say your ankle is 4 inches or 10 cm high.  Therefore you have a conversion rate of 18 to 1.  180 x 18 = 3240cm 3240/2.54 = 1275 inches.  You can work out feet and inches from there.
