How tall would a giantess need to be for an average man to be a little over ankle high to her?

Pretty self explanatory. If a man of roughly average height were to stand next to a giantess and his shoulders were about level with her ankles, how tall would that make the giantess?

That's one big giantess.  She would easily need to stand 400 feet tall if not more.  We're talking about the size of a New York office building here.
