How long mortgage process application takes? Does Lender verify your income from CRA or just from employer. I also submitted NOA with application, got approval from bank but waitiing for final

They would normally check with both to verify. I assume you also have the
funds ready for the closing and legal expenses. Otherwise, that could halt
your purchase.
