Are future teachers expected to get straight A s ?

I m in school with hopes of becoming an English teacher. Of course I m getting high grades in the literary ad english departments, and pretty much just about everything else, with the exception of math (B), and 3 spanish courses (B, C, B, respectively). If I can t squeak out a low A in those types of courses, but everything else (to include most my sciences), am I becoming less and less marketable in the education feild with out straight As?

No, struggling in some subjects can help you become a better teacher as you know what the students might be going through and can see things from their perspective.
