when the temperature is half the fan comes on after that it will not turn off at all even when the temp is 0 for 2.8 grand voyager. Help !?

    Try swapping the fan relay with another one that is the same part number on the relay case. The fan motor may be drawing too many amps and caused the relay to stick on.
