Stalker Call of Pripyat video card problem?
I've been playing this game for a long time and then suddenly, when I go near the cement anomaly thing in Jupiter, it goes "Your video card does not meet game requirements please lower settings".

Intel HD 4000 graphics card with latest drivers
I'm pretty sure my specs goes beyond what this game can pump out at the highest settings. So what's wrong here?

This is a joke question right. If now welcome to the world of Intel HD's.
Look they are not bad IGP's, powerful enough to run windows 10 and sure a blu-ray too. But they are not powerhouses. They IGP's, Internal Graphic Processors part of the CPU.
And due to that they definitely don't own the same level of power as a dedicated card can.
In short your video card, is really made for playing media and 2d. It isn't really suited for video games.
Time to dig out some money and buy a nvidia GTX 750ti or something like it. Of course first research if your motherboard can even handle that. I don't know how old the pc is...some pc's might lack PCI-Express slots.

Sorry, but that graphics card CANNOT handle that game. The integrated graphics processors on Intel chips are basically enough for home or office use, and light casual gaming. They cannot handle full-blown complex games like STALKER. If you wanna play games, buy a dedicated graphics card.
