Scraped paint on car.?
I just now realized that there are a bunch of scratches and scrapings on the front bumper of my car (pics attached). I know the best and smartest option would be to take it into an auto body shop, but I know that will be expensive. Plus I hit a pole about a year and a half ago (about 2500 worth of damage), and I was involved in a hit and run accident (about 1500 in damage) a few months ago. Both times I went through insurance and both times my rates skyrocketed. I have found a few videos of what products to use and what to do to get rid of these scratches and scrapings, but am not sure which one is most effective. Does anyone know a cheap, effective, and "easy" way to get rid of them?

From what shows in the pic, polishing compound should rub it off (NOT rubbing compound). Go at it gently - try and confine to just areas affected. May not be perfect but should remove the colored paint from your whilite and look good enuff until you can get entire bumper repainted.........once you've cleaned it up, apply some wax.

Look up a local minor dent repair company. They are much cheaper than a bodyshop.
