Is there a spam bot on here?

Whenever I got to Yahoo products there are "answers" telling you to call Yahoo Customer Services, the numbers are surrounded by punctuation, and are different every time

    There are several people spamming Yahoo Answers with phony numbers purporting to be valid Yahoo Customer Service. Just report them when you see them.

    You are correct. They have been around for over a year. Yahoo does not have a support phone number.
