What does yahoo answers not work?

it doesn't post answers all the time,

questions are hours old when they final show up. and this has been an ongoing problem for years.

Funny (actually very sad), when I tried to post this question, I received this error message: "Sorry, we couldn't post your question right now. Please try again later"

Reasons like this are why yahoo is on their last leg.
