Why would anyone think that smoking in front of a personal residence is wise? Go smoke in front of your own house. What do you suggest..?

I personally don't like being around the smoke or people that do smoke because the smell goes around and it gets to you and you breathe that crap in to your lungs. I hate the smell and cannot stand it. I get light headed after a while if I'm around the smell for a long period of time and I'm not used to it so I don't smoke and I never will be. People should smoke in their own area and not on anyone else's. I think it is selfish.

I don't know what would possess someone to smoke in front of a strangers house when you can clearly see that we are outside getting into our car. I said loudly while getting into the car, "Go smoke somewhere else". Then he went to the neighbors house and stood there which is like 5 ft away. My mother was backing up and he decided to walk in back of her, I said step on the gas, because obviously he was being a jerk. My mother waved for him to go, he didn't go, or didn't pay attention, then wasted more time. I just hate people like this. I feel like hiring a pack of smokers for a Meetup in front of his house and see how he likes it. Maybe even have multiple BBQ cookout right in front of his house. I am just sick and tired of idiocy and lack of manners.
