Am I covered by eBay s money back guarantee?

Basically I want to buy a different coloured Jersey. (Away instead of home)

According to the seller, both have the same patches and logos, the only difference being color.

Am I right to assume this?

As well if somehow the jersey isn t as described, am I able to make a return and be covered by MBG?

(Seller does not accept returns)

    You will ONLY be covered on the exact item currently in the listing. A side deal, or something different other than listed, you have no protection on.

    You are ALWAYS wrong assuming ANY guarantee offered by eBay applies to a given order.
