Japanese Stock?

If i want to buy a japanese stock do i have to follow the japans market opening times?

    no, you buy that stock on a stock exchange of your own country if it is listed there. Or you buy it OTC (over the counter) if your broker handles that stock (sells their ADR). For example, if you live in the US and want to buy stock of Nissan you buy it OTC with your US brokerage account during the normal US stock exchange hours.
