Should be totally fine. I see beer older than that on store shelves all the time. If it's in a green or clear bottle, it may be light-struck, or "skunked". It's not spoiled, just doesn't taste good. Brown bottles are better at protecting against light, and with cans, it's not an issue.

It's safe to drink. Some beers get better with age. If the beer in question has a born on date it was never any good to begin with.

As long as it has been at the same temperature the entire time, it should be fine. If it's gone from warm to cold to warm again it's still fine to drink, but it won't taste as good.

Leave it a year and it'll still be fine. One month old? It sat in the warehouse longer than that.

like my great grand mother used to say: you can drink anything you want, but if something happens to you, dont come to me, its none of my business. Im not the one who sent you there.
