What's the name of this 70's or 80's anime?
I remember there being a large battle mech that in battle loses its leg and hanging over a cliff.
There was also a woman, who was apparently an android with a sword, and she uses it on a kid, most likely a bully, and she sliced his pants with underwear off. He's standing there embarrassed covering up his crotch with his hands, then running away bare-assed.
Near there was a short, bald, villain with a goatee I think. Confronted, he took a step back, loses his footing on a cliff and falls to his death.
Oh, and the female android, she apparently was destroyed while the hero managed to recover her CPU or something.
Any clue what this movie was? That's all I have.
